We Are Hiring a Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a person with intelligence, physical integrity, concentrated and distributive attention, visual memory, organizational spirit, punctuality, and high stress resistance!

The suitable candidate must have at least a high school diploma; also, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position is necessary. They should have basic knowledge of primary accounting, legislation, stock management, and PC operation; the position requires basic knowledge in mechanics/locksmithing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures the physical management of the merchandise stock
• Enters goods into stock based on entry documents
• Ensures stock movement
• Dispatches goods to clients

Related to specific activities, the warehouse manager is responsible for:

• Accuracy of stock records
• Systematic and chronological recording of stock data
• Timely and precise fulfillment of specific tasks assigned or established by the hierarchical superior
• Quality of reports and information

Related to work discipline, they are responsible for:

• Continuous improvement of their professional and specialized training quality
• Maintaining the confidentiality of company-related information
• Proper use and maintenance of special regime documents
• Use of equipment, consumables, and other materials, service vehicles, or other fixed assets received from the company
• Compliance with internal regulations and work procedures related to their position

Other Relevant Information:

• Regular working hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, 1 shift within the unit’s activity period (8 AM—8 PM)
• Transportation expenses are reimbursed (or a service car, if applicable)
• For work purposes, a service phone and office computer are provided
