In the current health context, it is very important to take care of ourselves and our loved ones and to follow the recommendations of the authorities. The health of our clients and employees remains a priority, and we want to assure you that all safety measures are being observed in our offices and work points.

What do we recommend?

To reduce travel and physical interaction, we recommend using alternative channels as much as possible for usual operations:

  • Orders/requests for quotations can be sent by email or fax; you can also use the contact page on www.cotraco.ro for any questions, requests for quotations, or orders.
  • Opt as often as possible for payment with payment instruments, cash deposits in the company’s account, and payment orders to minimize cash contact.
  • Our colleagues are at your disposal with any information regarding our products and services; please contact them with confidence. If you do not have a contact number, you can find the name and contact details of your representative at https://cotraco.ro/contact/
  • The ordered products can be delivered to you, with transport still being free; depending on the area where you operate, you can benefit from free transport 1 or 2 days/week.

What should you do if you come to our headquarters or work points?

If you need to travel to our headquarters, we assure you that we are doing everything we can to make you feel safe, but we also need you to follow the following rules and recommendations:

  • Because a limited number of people are allowed access at the same time in the headquarters or work points, we recommend scheduling your visit in advance.
  • Access to the headquarters or work points is only allowed with a properly worn protective mask (covering both the mouth and nose) throughout the visit. If you do not have a mask upon arrival at the headquarters or work points, we will provide one for you.
  • Access to the interior of the headquarters or work points is only allowed after measuring the temperature and only if the temperature does not exceed 37.3°C. We use appropriate means for measuring the temperature without body contact, and the COTRACO Group of Companies does not store the results in any way.   • Both inside the headquarters or work points, and when you have to wait outside to enter, maintain a safety distance of at least 2 meters from other people, following the current provisions of the authorities.
  • Please also keep the same safety distance rules in the access area outside the headquarters, on the external and internal access routes.

Please, if you have cold symptoms, use alternative channels and avoid traveling to the headquarters or work points.
