    Mission<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Our goal is to be recognized both in Romania and Eastern Europe as a responsible business partner in the market of traction, lifting, anchoring, and fixing products. We want our partners \u2013 customers, distributors, and employees \u2013 to choose us for the quality of our products and services and for our transparent and respectful relationship.<\/p>\n

    Strategic Objective<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    In the next 10 years, we aim to become one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of products and services that will represent a standard of quality and safety, produced under conditions that continuously respect and anticipate the needs of environmental protection. Moreover, we want to be a family for our employees and customers, based on principles of mutual respect and attention to the needs of each individual.<\/p>\n

    Operational Objectives<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    1. Loyalty of the company’s suppliers and customers using social responsibility elements that interest or motivate them.<\/li>\n

    2. Improving the communication of all social responsibility aspects already practiced within the Cotraco group of companies to different categories of stakeholders (customers, suppliers, employees, partners).<\/li>\n

    3. Strengthening work relationships based on mutual respect, offering the opportunity for clear communication and management of any issues.<\/li>\n

      \t<\/p>\n

    4. Professional training in partnership with local institutions for the training of future employees (20-30 persons).<\/li>\n
